Cross-Border Directive

For patients in the North and South of Ireland

The government in the Republic of Ireland gives financial support to allow patients to travel to Northern Ireland for their treatment. Likewise, the government in Northern Ireland gives financial support to allow patients to travel to the Republic of Ireland for their treatment. These two schemes have had various names over the years but are often referred to as the "cross-border directive".

I work in both Belfast and Dublin so I can facilitate patients from both sides of the border to avail of the cross-border directive.
